Or maybe your journey has included trauma—miscarriage, stillbirth, a traumatic birth experience, or the unimaginable loss of a child—and you’re left feeling numb, hypervigilant, or consumed by fear that something else will go wrong.

As a licensed psychologist and certified couples therapist with lived experience in this space, I bring both clinical expertise and deep personal compassion to this work.
